What You Get at Personally Fit

Personal Training Package
Your first visit is a comprehensive fitness assessment that includes a body fat composition analysis, strength test, flexibility test, endurance test, postural exam and self assessment to determine your fitness goals.  From this information, your trainer will design a program to help you reach your individual fitness objectives.  Each training session will be 50 to 60 minutes long and dedicated to helping you achieve your ultimate potential.  Each client will be given a binder that has his/her individualized weight training program, goal tracking sheets, meal tracking sheets, cardiovascular program and educational nutrition information.  We also provide a physician communication program that allows us to keep your treating physician involved with your health and fitnees needs.

NEW! We would like to welcome Cindy Mashe, Christi Sullivan, and Judy Weeks to Personally Fit. They will be operating the only Certified Pilates Studio in the Longview Area. We have added space to accomodate all the new Pilats equipment, come by and see what Pilates can do for YOU!
